"The collaboration with BioDigitalValley opened a new perspective in my research on molecular mechanisms of Parkinson's disease and in the discovery of candidate biomarkers"

"I was able to follow a demonstration on the potential use of the software ProteinQuest™ and I was enthusiastic.
The algorithm, developed by BioDigitalValley (BDV), allows you to reconstruct the networks of molecular interactions on the basis of the experimental results published by researchers on the web.
The bibliographic databases are queried about specific interactions between genes, transcripts or proteins and these interactions can be filtered, e.g. by a specific tissue of interest.
A great advantage of the algorithm is the speed with which allows you to collect and select meaningful biological information. Another advantage is to quickly compare and interpret original experimental data with those reported in the scientific literature.
In conclusion, I believe that ProteinQuest™ is a powerful and innovative search engine and is very useful to organize the meta-data in the context of Experimental Biology. I think it will be very useful for me to work with BDV to develop a meta analysis of molecular interactions (growth factors, transcription factors) that regulate cardiomyogenic differentiation during embryonic development. Multipotent cardiac progenitor cells represent one of the most promising approaches for cardiac repair and understanding the factors influencing their fate during development will bring new insights into strategies for cardiac regeneration."

"I have been working since many years on the identification of biomarkers in peripheral tissues in Amiotrophical Lateral Sclerosis.
I am very happy to collaborate with BioDigitalValley because their innovative approaches on the bibliographic databases will open new perspective in my research. Indeed their software ProteinQuest™ is really a powerful tool to make the biological researches faster and I am very interested in using it."

"The collaboration with BioDigitalValley has provided Telormedix with extremely useful information, which, otherwise, it would have been impossible to reach with our internal search tools. Biodigitalvalley has proven to be highly efficient, quick and reliable in contributing said information."
