The latest version of ProteinQuest contains 3 new major features:

• Clinical trials can be explored through the ProteinQuest dictionaries and tools.
  Clinical trials include all documents reported in different sources such as
    Clinical Trials.gov.

    International Clinical Trial (WHO)
    Clinical Trials Portal (IFPMA)
    National Cancer Institute
• Buttons and menu have been revised in a more rational way: the supported dictionaries and ontologies have been reorganized in different functional groups in order to simplify ProteinQuest use
• Results distribution can be examinated on an active world map, which can be used to analyze the results or to further restrict the query

Agreement with NLM

BioDigitalValley has signed a non exclusive license agreement with the U.S National Library of Medicine (NLM) for sharing all the NLM data and processing them through ProteinQuest.
